A structured consultation for people planning a career change in Germany — mapping transferable skills, labour-market fit, and a practical next step.
This consultation is for people who know they need a change but do not yet know whether to retrain, pivot within their industry, or rebuild credentials recognised by German employers.
We work through your employment history, the constraints of your region and family situation, and the realities of hiring in your target field — from Pflege and Handwerk to administration, logistics, and education support roles.

- 90 minutes (initial); follow-ups 60 minutes

- In person in Niederdreisbach or by video call across Germany

What is included
- Review of your CV, Zeugnisse, and any unfinished training certificates
- Skills inventory mapped to German job titles and Tarifgruppen where relevant
- Shortlist of realistic target roles within your commuting radius or remote options
- Reskilling options: Weiterbildung, Umschulung, Teilqualifikation, or employer-led training
- Written pathway notes sent within five business days
What is not included
- Job placement guarantees or application blasting on your behalf
- Legal advice on Kündigungsschutz or Aufenthaltsrecht
- Payment of course fees or Ausbildungsplatz brokerage

You send your documents and a short note on why you want to change. We read them before we meet.

Together we pressure-test options against income needs, language level, and local demand.

You receive a clear sequence: research, applications, or training enrolment — with timing and risks named.
Preparation & constraints
Bring or upload your last three employment references if you have them, and be ready to discuss salary floors honestly. Sessions are available in English; German documents can be reviewed with you. We do not advise on regulated professions that require medical licensing unless your question is about adjacent roles.
