These terms govern access to the website distributedcogni.digital and engagements with DistributedCogni Employment Guidance for employment consulting, career-change planning, and reskilling pathway advice in Germany.

Services

We provide advisory consultations only. We do not guarantee employment, funding approval, course admission, or visa outcomes. Advice is informational and based on the facts you provide. It is not legal, medical, or immigration counsel.

Intellectual property

Site content, pathway templates, and written materials we produce remain the intellectual property of DistributedCogni Employment Guidance unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may use personal pathway notes for your own career decisions. You may not republish or sell our materials.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of documents and information you share, for decisions you take after a consultation, and for meeting deadlines set by employers, Agenturen, or training providers.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from career decisions made after consultations. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under German law (including intent and gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health).

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access if misuse is detected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (DE). Courts at the place of our business seat have jurisdiction where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
